Dr. Laureola’s mission is to “train kids to be better patients.” He started out studying biology at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Two years after earning his doctor of dental surgery from New York University College of Dentistry in 2004, Dr. Laureola graduated from the school’s pediatric dentistry program. A member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, he donates his time and talents to a variety of organizations benefiting children, including the Ronald McDonald House, Give Kids a Smile and Head Start. Dr. Laureola is an avid sports fan and roots for the Lakers, the Dodgers and the USC Trojans. He’s also quite an athlete himself: His favorite activities include snowboarding, mixed martial arts and Brazilian Jui Jitsu.
